A Postpartum Doula provides emotional, educational, and physical support for a family welcoming a new baby into their lives. A Postpartum Doula prioritizes Mom’s rest, healing, and recovery by taking on tasks such as Newborn care, Sibling care, laundry, cooking and so much more! A Postpartum Doula is not just for mom and baby! The Postpartum Doula is there to support the non-birthing parent as well by offering Newborn care education, building their confidence as a new parent, and by providing emotional support and comfort.
